Pathetic attitude of the regional manager Smt. Baby Sudha when approached in person with regard to non refund of a duplicate amount towards renewal premium made me wonder how a PSU with such officers can survive the onslaught of private insurance operators. It is the healing touch of any employee / executive that instils confidence in the aggrieved customer in the organization which is absent here. Only can only hope things will become better in the days to come in the interest of both the customer and the organization.

Without treatment they deducted 5000 from insurance card now they giving reasons fraud work they doing

Deducting from monthly salary but on emergency hospitalized in near by which doesnt come under list of hospitals cant be claimed quickly. Very dead slow. Totally worst.
