I have had my L4 L5 lumbar spine surgery last year November 2022. I came here after all conservative treatment, Doctor "Navin Balasubramanian" was so patience and one of the most experienced Doc in Ortho and explained my condition not only to me, to all my family members multiple times to make sure they understand my conditions. Its been 7 months now. I`m back to regular life and can do all my daily activities. And the Happiest moment is i can play with my daughters and could lift my little one after the surgery.
