ambience and service was good.

Avoid visiting on any day at all costs !

Horrible service and taste of the items made , except for very few ice creams.(0/5)

I understand if the staff are busy, from past few(2-3) experiences. Very particularly,

The attitude of the staff for the FIRST order on Sunday afternoon is like
“ okay fine , you have come now “ Eat , pay the bill and get lost “
They have no idea and they don’t suggest on any menu. They just respond and do the duty in the most uninteresting way.

The price and the service is way too much for the overall experience.

Have tried this a couple of years ago in 2019-2020 times and again in 2022.

It was bad back then and WORST now. Car parking is outdoors, place is available adequately.
The area is crowded on weekends and the place is mostly cramped and adequate seating and limited outdoor seating available.

Our experience at Scoop bar was average at best. The main issue we had was that it’s alll dessert and all sweet so after a point, it gets to you. There’s nothing to cleanse the palate. We got the death by chocolate and the Coconut creation. Surprisingly it’s the coconut that was nice. Death by chocolate was a bit over the top and we couldn’t finish it. The ambience and service was good.
