Great place to start a workout journey. Friendly coaches who are very helpful for beginners.

The trainers are wonderful and they motivate you to push your limits. Sessions are always fun and the studio is well-maintained. The co-ordination of sessions is also really good ,amazing response by Ms.Thrishya Reddy and Ms.Vinatha Reddy.

Kept very hygienic and the instructors are very friendly
