Bought a dining set on November 2022 for 15k. It looked durable and good on purchase but after few weeks of usage the chair began to dismantle.

We were told 1 year warranty on the dining set, but on enquiring for an exchange in just 4 months of usage they bluffed and said there is just "guarantee" not "warranty" (whatever that means)

After many quarrels and visitation to the store, they finally agreed to replace. But later, they came to my home and repaired the chair instead. ????????u200d♂️

Buy from this store only if you have a tight budget and have no other option, and if u r okay to compromise on a broken furniture.

Will never buy from the Saravana brand anymore

I went to buy a sofa and got a cheaper one compared to all other shops. It came with 5 years warranty as well.. but the delivery and service is very poor. The store persons don't even pick up your call after advance payment is done. Need to improve their aftersales.
