Worst pg ever in my 9yrs pg lif.Stayed hr fr 1yr initially the owner was ok but after sometime they showed their original face.
1)It is non approved pg and have no proper drainage or corporation water...too much fraudulent is there in that building
2)Very conjusted rooms and they asked to share 11members a single washroom.
3)Food was terrible.seems like jail.mostly the hstl girls will have outside only
4)Water will be in brown clr and sometimes that too won't come.if we say anything lik water is not cmng and food is not there the owner immediately tell us to vacate.
5) EB bill is their main point of theft.they will ask 700rs per mnth for using single tubelight
6) The power will go more often here and they didn't bother abt that.staying in the street is far btr than staying here.
7) Drainage water will flooded daily and they asked to walk in that water itself
8) For that drainage cleaning and corporation water they collect money frm us
9) They put too much rules lik need to open the room door all the item even while we are using the AC
10) They will sublet our bed when we are not there and the owner told lik that is the rules here
11) Waching machine and RO will not work most of the time and they will nvr consider that
12) Paying the advance amount is equal to throwing the amount in running river.eithr you need to forget the advance amount or else the owner itself made you to forget that.They will nvr return that.most grls who vacated early lik an yr ago still begging for that amount to owner
13) Asking your balance amount (EB or rent) and advance is SIN here..if you ask that they will curse you lik anything
14) The owner will put some drama to get amount as debt from you lik they will repay soon but they wnt..pls be aware
15) So many police complaints are there for this owner

To all my sisters and fnds my humble request is that pls dnt go to this pg.even they asked you to stay there fr free of cost.Then you will regret for your lifetime

To the owner: You can't hide the truth of saying that who has been suffered bcz of u as fraud (FARD in their language)

Worst pg ever.. Me and my friends stayed there for 8 months. At the beginning, the owner spoke kindly. When we decided to vacate, owner said that they will give the full advance amount after one month. We believed and vacated from there. After one month when we asked for the advance amount, they keep telling some reasons and delaying the repay of advance. At one point, we strictly asked but they said they will give only half amount and deducted some more money in the name of EB bill. She was totally arrogant and rude once we asked for our amount.

The owners are keep changing their words. Room is also conjugated. 3 sharing room they are renting for 4 members and sometimes when we go to native, they will give our cot for daily rent. 7 people were sharing 1 washroom and that also not cleaned properly. Water is very salty. It's not legally approved.

My kind advice, don't prefer this PG.

This is the worst hostel ever. Pure frauds run the hostel. The owner lady is a pure cheap money minded fraud. In the gap period that I went home and came back they have sublet my room to another person.please don't join here. They are complete frauds. They have no courtesy. very uncomfortable.
they don't provide proper food , they are completely money minded.
