I recently placed an order for queen size bed and i got the delivery on 7th of Dec but the carpenter never turned up. After many follow ups on 11th only carpenter came and fixed the bed. The products given were very old and damaged. We were not able to report within 7 days from the date of delivery because only on the 5th day of delivery the carpenter came and we got to open the products. We reported this to the customer care person and they repeatedly said that we cannot do anything after seven days. Very much disappointed not worth the money. It was full of dust and seems very old and it is shaky also. The bed is not firm and headboard is shaky as it doesn't have a proper support to hold it firm. Really very much disappointed, never expected this. When you are very much keen on the due dates, you shouldn't have been keen with the products also.

Today we were at studio Pepperfry and had a fabulous 2 hours with Ancy! She's a very patient and supportive person who helped us make all the right choices today and we are happy to go back with some good furniture! She's an asset to Pepperfry and we loved meeting her and interacting with her!

Booked a 3+2 seater sofa set for my house at Pepperfry showroom. The sales rep Ancy helped in selecting the sofa, she was very helpful and patient, also gave an in store discount. Great experience ????
