Worst experience. Ordered a bed on Friday 3rd March and they promised to deliver on the next day after asking for 90 percentage advance which I paid, but on the day of delivery they kept saying that my bed is getting made as we speak and will be delivered in 2 hours. Every single time we spoke, this is what happened. Saturday became Sunday, Sunday became Monday and Monday became Tuesday, that's today, 7th March. I had to sit with them for 5 hours and all the work happened right in front of me from scratch, and had to take it home under my personal supervision. This is how pathetic their service is. Their words and promise mean nothing. I'd advice you to pay 2-3K extra elsewhere but don't buy from here. I wish I had a 0 star option available.

Dont waste your time and money.
I paid for a wardrobe and paid extra for getting it delivered in a dismantled condition and the same to assembled at home on delivery as our steps are not convenient. (The additional charges incurred is for Carpenter visit for assembly) Irrespective of the above communication they bought the assembled wardrobe and collected screwdriver from us to disassemble it. This was taken place infront of our apartment at main road. Even thought they still damaged the wardrobe while bringing it up the first floor all edges got damaged due to improper handling. I got fed up for following up for fixing the damages by at least changing the feeding for more than a month. He dont pick up the call.

The biggest amount is I paid the full amount while booking.

Please don't waste your hard earned money at this place.

Nightmare Experience.
We had ordered for customized Dining Table and Side Table. However, the owner of that shop Mr. Anand had designed his own and delivered something else which was utter waste. Please don't go there and waste your time. Search nearby Royapetta for better options. The quality of the product was very poor and delivery was hell of a experience. Customer Satisfaction Rating 0
