Poor quality treadmill from powermax. Waste of money. Please dont buy from powermax and not from this dealer definitely.

Here my treadmil story,

My motor got fault within 3months from purchase. First time they serviced the motor. After few months, circuit board got fault. Circuit board was out of warranty so I spend Rs: 4200 to correct the board problem. After few weeks, motor stoped working. Though motor is covered under warranty(3 years) but powermax and this dealer are not ready to service it. They are asking Rs: 18000 to replace the motor or Rs:4000 to service the motor but no guarantee.

Escalated the problem with dealer to powermax customer care but later i realised that both are culprits.

If we complaint about dealer with customer care, dealer will call and say that you cant do anything.

I fought with powermax and delaer many times but they said "Mudincha yenna venumnalum panniko". Then I realised that I bought the wrong product and from wrong dealer.

Powermax customer relationship: 0 rating.
Dealer quality: 0 rating

I wasted Rs. 44000 by buying this poor quality product.

This dealer have branches in Numgambakkam, Saligramam, Ashok Nagar, Tambaram and Mandambakkam.

Kindly requesting buyers to avoid purchasing powermax product.

I had bought treadmill from this shop..they are Excellent in their delivery and their service is too good...if you guys are planning to buy any excercise equipments just get from them..they are dealing with best prices..
