I'vhad a good experience in this hospital. The precision and care the doctors and nurses took to ensure that my well being was top priority is commendable. They have a good support system and round the clock care. The way the doctors and nurses interacted, you will not feel that you are a patient ???? Thank you for all your hardork!!

I have visited this hospital many times for outpatient consultations, they have always been prompt and quick in attending to patients
Now I am getting discharged after a 4 day admission, the care shown by all the Doctors, Paramedics and Admin staff are nothing but extraordinary.. keep up the good work in serving the society and this is a “Noble Profession and you are doing it well”

one small suggestion is if they can try and tie up multiple other TPAs it will be easy for patients to do cash- less claims

I had a really bad experience there. I was suffering from severe fever and I went to emergency consultation. I didn't have any bystander with me. I was weak. I even vomited after reaching hospital. I was unattended for a lot of time even though my condition was bad. Then one nurse named Abhinaya came to check my vitals like BP, temperature. She was just delaying and was more interested in gossiping with other staffs. Finally I only asked for lying down in bed as I was feeling so weak. I was made to go and buy IV from. Medical store even though my condition was bad. Doctor Shalini was so unprofessional. Even Doctor and Nurse couldn't find my vein for putting IV. They pricked in my both hands and blood started coming. After many attempts they had to call a senior nurse for putting IV. They had some issue regarding shortage of staffs and they started fighting in front of patients. It created such a disturbing atmosphere for patients. Finally during bill payment they are charging 1500 for observation charges for putting IV. When I asked the reason, they are telling me because I was in hospital for so long. It took 3 hours at night time because of them and they didn't even take care of me properly. Finally when I told this they reduced 500rs. They are so unprofessional and money minded.
