Hi. I have been working out in this gym for last 4 months. Last 1 week I am having problem with air conditioning system on 2nd floor:

1. Out of 6-7 air conditioners on the 2nd floor, most of them are not working throughout the day. At the time of writing this review, it’s 1:35 in the afternoon, and not even single AC is working, while the outside temperature is 38 degree Celsius.

Solomon, who’s the manager of this branch has no explanation for this and says he can’t tell how much time it will take to make ACs work again.

On top, he agrees to come and see me in the gym, but stops responding to the calls.

2. The ACs are switched off when the gym is not fully crowded. They expect their clients to workout in hot temperature just because their gym isn’t crowded.

The receptionist refused to give the contact details of the owner. The intention of this post is to wake up the owner from sleep and make aware of the reality.

Slam fitness is one of the pleasant gym to workout at. It is spacious equipped with advanced machines and weights. The staffs are always available and willing to help/guide if needed. I am extremely happy to be trained by Mr.Bala. He is a great motivator and an extremely patient trainer . Moreover, he asks each bit about our health and food and trains according to our body .

Over-all it's a decent place, but only thing which I felt awful is the trainers (I mean all of them).
Excluding one person named Mr. Satish, all the rest of the trainers will mock you of your form is wobby and your doing yhe workout in a wrong way.

They have this ego/attitude and they will always be little you, by coming to you and say this is wrong and things.
Instead Satish did the opposite, he called and me explained where I went wrong and how to fix it.
