Very bad service, first they accept booking from Agoda app, then for some penny amount from other customer, they allot your room to them. Even when you ask them, they say confidently we are doing like this only, and don’t depend upon third party apps. Also they say, third party app show less amount, we want more money. If it is so, then why they advertise and showcase their rooms in third party apps. Asking to oyo customer care, they say we can’t help if the hotel doesn’t provide you room. Disgusting horrible experience!!! Their tone way of talking is too bad. Requesting third party apps to ban these hotels and blacklist them.

Hi Hotel Management,
I am interested in Property and planning to stay in Hotel next month for a week but i can see it is currently unavailable due to renovation online. Please revert with the available dates to proceed further. Kindly provide your contact number or email ID to check one to one ? Thanks

First of all I need to thank Mr.Vinoth receptionist. Really humble and good person.. I went along with family, i booked through Agoda I reached there around 8 pm . As per Agoda my booking is confirmed and amount paid fully but as per receptionist our booking not confirmed and all rooms got sold they told. After some minutes discussion Vinoth understand our situation he adjusted somehow gave room. Really appreciated. Between Oyo and Agoda why such confusion on booking not sure this has to take seriously some action .
