Pathetic experience... Don't waste your time with this Sairu Guest house. Despite paying advance amount and booking a room. They refused to provide the room during check in day. Money minded owner let the room to other customer who booked more days stay than us. Tragic thing was, they did not intimate us until last minute. Our time, day, plan everything got wasted.

Worst experience I ever had, we paid the advance amount went on the booked date. After we went they are telling like we gave the room to other person(some director) you can take your advance amount and book some other place.
Our situation in that time : It was Dec31st heavy rain flood also we went from omr to virugambakkam.
I saw many reviews same like mine. Please avoid this room totally worstuuuuuu.

Kitchen light not right. Geyser instant heater which took lot of time to use others. Totally disappointed and unable to cook.
