We had a family stay here which was safe and comfortable. It's an good choice to visit when with children as care taker are available to help with food and other needs. The exterior was kind of old but yet the inside was completely neat and nice. The only disadvantage was It's located in the 3rd floor which was little hard for us but it isn't a good reason to avoid such a comfort place. Overall if staying with family It's a awesome place.

Me and my boys came to Chennai for a day to attend an interview. There were 5 of us including me. We booked 3 Oyos but all of them betrayed us asking for more money. We downloaded Agoda app and saw this Sai baba service appartments. We tried to call them directly by searching in Google maps but there was no number. We clicked the given link in Google map and called them from their site. The person who talked was friendly and he conned us to another guy who gave us their exact location which is Soundarya appartments nearby the Sai baba service appartments. We had a little doubt at first so we came directly and saw the appartment and we were really happy because the appartment was fully furnished with TV, fridge, water cooler and a washing machine (which was not working). It had 2 bed rooms with ac and an extra bed in the living room. Even though the appartment is small, it was fairly clean (not super clean, but it was way better than some Oyos which charge double). The kitchen was small but had utensils (we didn't use any). The bathroom was also small but it was adjustable. It also had a balcony. And all of this for 2500, which is an okay price comparing to other stays in Chennai which are costly and very untidy. It was a good experience.

So this was our second time we stayed here and must say, the owner took care of everything personally and it was a wonderful experience both the time. My aunt needed Bengali Channels to watch, and they installed a new Tata Sky connection for us and got us the channels since the previous connection was not providing it. More than money, behaviour matters, and I give you 10/10 on that. Very friendly people and the house is very welcoming. Spacious and got everything you need. It has now become my go to apartment whenever we are in Chennai. Kudos! For your service and apartment.
