Went to Sage and Lavender for my husband’s birthday dinner last night. The ambience, service and the quality of food was really good. Each and every staff was very cordial. I had reserved a table before paying a visit so it was quite convenient. Else the place was quite full as compared to a weekday night.
The staff was polite enough to suggest their best dishes; we ordered Truffle Mushroom Soup, Crispy Fried Paneer and Korean Fried Chicken as appetizers. All the fares were good. Next for mains we ordered Grilled Chicken and Red Curry Noodles (Chicken) both of which came to our table fresh and hot. All the fares have decent portion sizes that can accommodate 1-2 moderate eaters or if you are sharing a meal with a child of 10 years.
The place is brightly lit and has a beautiful set up which makes us want to visit it one more time during the day.
Overall a great experience which definitely makes us want to visit the place once again especially that we didn’t try the desserts because we were too stuffed. Definitely going back for the desserts.

We had visited this place on a weekday for lunch and surprisingly all tables were full alway. The restaurant is in alwarepet safely tucked behind Old madras bakery.Ambience wise I felt it was a mini replica of Fika. Food and service were okish. Our orders were:
Cold coffee - one of its best
Korean chicken - very crunchy and juicy
Grilled fish with couscous and tossed veggies - fish was ok, it didnt have any marination or sauces
Butter poached prawns with pesto sauce - it was cooked well and good
Chilli oil chicken noodle - very average
Lavender spritzer - 7up with lavender essence

The place is very keto friendly with multiple options. Overall an average food restaurant with great ambience and highly spiked price.

HONEST REVIEW!!!

So 5/5 for the breathtaking and beautiful ambience!

Coming to the food, Well over priced I must say! The pastas aren’t worth buying as you get better pasta outside at normal cheaper restaurants. The french fries tasted amazing but have a sweet taste to them. The coffee frappe was more of cold coffee with caramel popcorn.

Overall maybe a once visit kind of restaurant.
