I had joined the Adult badminton coaching class a couple of months back as an absolute beginner and I've to say it's been a great improvement so far in the way I play the game and also my overall fitness levels.

The classes are held across different batches over weekdays and weekends and by coach Karthick sir. The classes are customised to individual needs and focus is given for personal improvement via ongoing feedbacks, movement practice sessions & matches.

The best part for me was that the environment is very friendly and inclusive. Overall it's been an great experience & would recommend the class for anyone looking to improve their fitness and also learn the nuances of badminton (There's indeed a lot of them!)

I joined my kids in Feb2023 because they should have physical exercise in daily life. Here coaches are providing physical fitness classes also. They are very supportive and responsible towards kids. I've observed a lot of improvement in my kids, so I recommend Ruckus for kids and adults also.????????

Good place to start the training for Badminton. I have enrolled my daughter for training, Team of trainer's ensured the basics focused training. They are best part is on excercise where they are very particular on Warm up and warm down, which most of the other kids training place will miss it. Due to this my daughter enjoy practising it without any pain. Highly recommended for kids.
