Residential flats and some commercial businesses also been seen. Very poor maintenance and no. Proper foot path or streets. And it's a very old building too. It's not safe for children and elderly people to live.

It is one of the parks I prefer to spend some time. This park is well maintained by the Chennai corporation. All people including children can play here. But it is small.
