Had booked single occupancy and double occupancy rooms for 2 nights.

Pros: Location. Comfortable bed.

Cons: 1. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. There were no towels in 2 of the rooms. Plunger not working in the washbasin in one of the rooms. TV not working in one of the rooms. Dirty dustbin in the bathroom in one room. And room was not cleaned in spite of request to clean when the guest stepped out for a few hours.
2. Calls to the reception go unanswered most of the times. So one needs to go down to the reception to ask for things like a towel.
3. The staff need to make sure the room is clean and all the essential amenities are there and functional before the guest checks in.

So, though location is good and bed was comfortable, giving only 2 stars as the cleanliness and housekeeping really needs to improve.

Had a wonderful stay.
The Check in process was smooth, Reception team kept our amenities and ext bed as per our requests without any hassle-free and Gowtham N from Reception taken care of our request and gave me a Late check out till 2pm.
To mention about the staff was very courteous and helpful.

The initial experience was bad as the smell then propagated through out was worse than a 4X4 drainage system, after much deliberation with the front desk they solved it, it's couple friendly but not peaceful, the location however is a really ideal as it's within walkable distance of all the amenities.

Service with respect to basics such as water bottle or any other condiments was fairly below average, overall its not a bad place to stay if the hospitality increases.
