Visited the place early March 2023. The residency is situated in a better accessible location. The bike parking is at ground level which could have a shelter. Attended at a conference in the hall present at first level. The hall could accommodate approximately 250 people theatre style. The lighting and air conditioning is good. The event has good support from the owners. Had tea and lunch which is good too. The conference I attended hosted 250 people. So the lunch/dinner hall cannot host 250 comfortably though there were two counters made for lunch. The residency has a restaurant at ground level, but I didn't try. Polite staff but very limited menu. Most of the menu items are not available. Whatever is available is of good quality but would love to eat what I want rather than what the restaurant wants
