Very worst customer satisfaction and very cheap silver quality...even I own gold jewellery shop we won't treat our customers like this...i bought anklet (with GST) for my marriage and it was broken within 4 months... while buying from them they were pleased and provided fake promises that if anything happens we will exchange it as such...but wen I went and asked, they are very irresponsible and doesn't agree with their wordings what they said earlier...
Please don't cheat customer with your fake promises...

As a customer, I'm very much satisfied and also this store is having a lot of silver collections in it. Therefore I purchased some silver stuff like anklets, toe rings and finger tortoise ring on giving my old silver stuff. Lastly, when a customer service is good means we will feel satisfied. All over good experience. The main thing as a customer and a human being, we all need to have patience when comes to buy your valuable and lovable things like this. Worth it and must visit once this store for buying your choices in silver stuff. Thanks
