While the lab is good, clean and we'll maintained, the billing takes ages to be done. Its a very archaic practice of patient to fill up a form for every test before being billed. Thebilling clerks look like Govt servants working at lethargic pace and a patient is made to wait 15-20 mins for just billing. Pls improve this.

good experience with primex scans and labs, i went for my blood test yesterday to t nagar. staffs are very kind and guides well. premises is very neat and good service. keep it up.
