Overall customer service is very poor...we have taken rental around 20k for our wedding..but had given damaged ornament and noticed before the function. We called them and response is very worst...and we informed them not to pay rent for damaged ornament. initially they agreed but not deducted the amount during handover...Loosing customer and trustworthy , will not sustain for long-term
