Place for small office spaces. Located in the heart of the city and is having enough parking space. Right place to set up small office.

It is a very old building. And having enough of parking facilities for both tow wheelers and four wheelers. Also, it's had lift facilities too as old as like the building. And there is one public toilet within the building premises and we can use only for emergency purpose since it's not had cleanliness. Further, the building incharge people's are ill-mannered at the time of parking our vehicle.

It's a place where filled with small office, godowns, tea shop. It's a place where you can see many successful entrepreneurs. This complex is well maintained by the management team and restroom will be very clean with the Indian style. And it has a big parking spot
