Not a pleasant experience being there with dump smell, NO AC, insects on eating plate and definitely not a good pizza to eat from this place. Add the pizza was very bad, kind of rotten smell, half cooked base. No response from any staff when I said the pizza doesn’t taste good. No curtsy to respond to customer’s complaints.. very bad experience. Finally I heard from one of the staff that the shop is going to be permanently closed. I feel that shouldn’t be the reason for such a bad service until they do that.

Pizza hat, please intervene on the quality and taste of food. Otherwise you’ll loose many customers

The worst service and response at the place for take away and they burnt the pizza and it's so rubbery . Spoiled the whole thing we bought pizza for over rs2000.

Expected a Delivery but were informed we’d chosen ‘take out’ instead.

They didn’t allow cancellation and reordering as well. Voucher not redeemable. Very rigid and rude customer service.

They’re not putting customers first. I’d rethink if I were to order here.
