1. Rate:
I have take print out of books it's comes more than 7000 pages. even they not reduced 25 paise. rate seems to be high.

2. Treating customers:
Handling and speaking the way of to customers very very worst. nothing favour for customers, no one polite. we have busy business, if you want use us unless go away like that they responding to customers. Not respecting customers is not a good business. also they insist to do the work to customers like take that sheet, take that booklet like that.

3. Timing:
They working their own timing. no one understanding the customer urgency and customer need. very very worst experience.

OVERALL ~ very very worst experience. not giving respect to customer means customer ignore their business. Not recommended to go here any customer need. Thank you.

I have been given two Star because of some previous good experience.

The experience all are good before that we have been done many times poster for our MNC company, but today I have been ordered a Poster for my company use. For payment I have been asked options like QR Code, UPI ID or atleast card. They have said we don't have any option like this. So I have requested you can start the work I will be back within five minutes for taking from ATM. But the one of a staff said first pay then only we will take printout in front of everyone. It makes me uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of bunch of people. I am not a thief or Psych to ask to do a job and run from their without paying, I am not jobless or timeless fellow.

It is not a method of treating a customer in front of everyone. I have been used to visit student Xerox everytime but this time I have been changed my mind, because mistreated a customer in front of everyone it's mentally affected me. Next time itself I think so to try Students Xerox.

If you could see the images that I have added you can see GPAY AND UPI payment logo mentioned in the poster.
When I came to pay for the bill, they say only cash is available no online , card transfer.
It's just 80 rs
But none of the store keeper would accept the digital payment.
The staffs were really good and we're saying sorry for that.
It was a management decision to say NO for digital payment
Really pathetic.
