Ambience is same as other branches. Which is neat and good.
Ordered chicken biryani which was flavourful as they say which is nothing but hydrabadi biryani. Tasted this biryanifew years back but the flavour was strong and aromatic before.
Rice grains was as usual long and rich.
Biryani masala was little spicy and tasty.
Chicken was well cooked as well.
Overall can try once if you are craving for hydrabadi dum biryani.

Paradise lives up to it's reputation through each of it's outlets. The food quality and taste is amazingly alike in each of it's outlet.
Service :3.5/5
There is no table order available here. You need to order at counter and they will serve the dish to table based on token provided. Staff can be little bit courteous and responsive.
Ambience : 3/5
Not much of an ambience here. It's spacious though.
Food :4.5/5
Food as expected was superb. Mutton biriyani was good with nice masala and pieces which melt in the mouth. Garlic chicken kebab was good not much spicy though. Also had special tea and mutton samosa from quick bite outlet just outside restaurant entrance. Mutton samosa was not at all good.
Must try dish : Mutton biriyani, special tea

I visited Paradise, LB Road today on the occasion of Eid. It was totally empty when I entered. I asked for tissue papers and the attendant dropped a bunch of tissue papers on the table. I ordered meal for one combo. When I tasted the Mutton biriyani, it was so salty that I couldn’t even have the third bite of it. Four tiny pieces of chicken tikka were served with some onion rings and an almost squeezed piece of lemon carelessly thrown on the big plate. I noticed that there was a hair strand on one of the chicken tikkas. I called the store manager and explained the situation. Someone came to replaced the biriyani and very rudely put the replaced plates on the table and just left. This time it wasn’t salty but the taste was nothing like Paradise biriyani I used to have in Hyderabad. It was very basic, tikkas were also small and very dry. After they kept the bill on my table, I immediately kept my money with it. Still they took so long to roam around almost empty restaurant to pick up the money. After a while they came back to say they didn’t have 100 rupees with them. My bill was 398 and i kept 500 note. Such a big store didn’t have a 100 note. They were just harassing me at that point. They initiated card transaction, kept the card swiping machine on the table and left. Didn’t even bother to finish the transaction themselves. I was so excited to try Paradise Biryani first time in Chennai but I was so disappointed. It ruined my whole evening.
