Hospital is in prime location which is good.
AC is physically present but functionally absent
Powercuts multiple times which is causing mental agony to patients admitted.
There is no proper procedure followed to handle visitors.
Service and facilities can be improved.
Kindly operate the available ACs during summer. I believe it is installed for the patients and visitors.
AC rooms are paid and we expect less powercuts.
There is complete chaos between the floor supervisors on handling work duties.
Hope management can take some steps to address these and provide better services.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Pallava Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment and frustration with their services. My experience at this hospital was marred by exorbitant charges and what appeared to be a deliberate attempt to push unnecessary medical scans. It is disheartening to witness a healthcare institution prioritize financial gain over the well-being of its patients.
Furthermore, what bothered me even more was the hospital's insistence on conducting unnecessary scans. During my visit, the medical staff seemed overly eager to recommend and carry out various scans without providing substantial reasoning or evidence to justify their necessity. This blatant disregard for medical ethics raises serious concerns about the hospital's commitment to patient care. It is clear that their primary motive was to generate revenue rather than ensure the best possible treatment for their patients.

My visit to Pallava Hospital left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. The hospital's exorbitant charges and insistence on unnecessary scans raised serious concerns about their commitment to patient care. It was evident that their focus was more on profit than providing the best treatment. Lack of transparency and poor communication further added to the negative experience. I strongly recommend considering alternative options that prioritize patient welfare, affordability, and ethical practices.
