Not even worth for 1 star.
Staff behavior: Worst and trying to get extra money addition to the online booked amount.
Rooms: Very Average.
No Parking space for Car

Booked AC room in OYO. Went there late night for checkin. The person in the reception demanded to pay additional 200Rs, saying that "You have booked the hotel for lesser price with discount, so you have to pay this additional cost".

After few mins of argument, he allowed us to stay as we gonna stay for 3 to 4hours. We went to the room, the house keeping guy just started cleaning the room (Our actual to be check-in time was 12PM, room wasn't kept ready even after 10hrs). The receptionist guy too joined for cleaning. And they handoverd the room key to us and left.

We entered the room and checked the wardrobe wasn't cleaned. There was snacks and waste items left by the previously stayed people. Since we booked AC room we were looking for the AC remote, but it was not there. We could clearly understand that the reception guy just came to take the remote, for that he pretended like helping for cleaning the room.

We again went to the reception and argued with that reception guy. He agreed that he took the AC remote. He said that his owner told to take the remote. After few mins of argument stating that we booked AC room, he gave the remote

It is clear their idea was to not provide the room with AC as we booked it with discount.

If these people were not able to provide proper why there are in Such business. Providing false information in Oyo as partner. Worst in hospitality will not grow your business. Also a bad impression for the Tamilnadu's hospitality heritage by these kind of people.

Worst experience ever. We paid 764rupees and confirmed that we are coming via call. They never mentioned room is not available. After we reached destination, they are lying that the type of room which we booked is unavailable. We need to pay 1300 RS for new room. We stuck up in the situation with having an infant and luggage. So with no other choice we took new room higher amount. That room is stinky , windows are open . Bathroom having used products. Bed linens are also not washed. Water is also not coming properly. They are giving the rooms which they are using without cleaning. After a long conversation from oyo customer care, they said they will refund money. Still didn't receive it. Manager of this hotel is not responding to oyo customer care executive calls wantedly. Very very very worst hotel experience.

I had booked this hotel 2 days back for my stay but after reaching they denied having any booking on my name. The receptionist also had a very rude attitude.
