The room is not looking like the same which is given in the profile.. It is totally different and looks very simple and cheap rooms..I doesn't know y then the fack photos is uploaded in the hotel profile.. It is totally unfair and disappointing..but the staff from the reception was so kind and genuine..I didn't get my morning breakfast from the hotel though I paid for it. I want my breakfast amount to be refunded

I am cutting 2 stars for bed cleanliness. Bathroom was super clean but room wasn't. We did get one room changed but this room was just little better but still bed wasn't that clean for Rs. 1000 per night. One good thing about this hotel is it's at walking distance from Metro station.

Stayed for 2 days and 1 night but it was a hell of an experience with a Pathetic service, unhygienic rooms. All night suffered with leakage of water through AC. First room didn't have proper plugins so I requested them to change the room, then the second room didn't have a cupboard, bedsheets were dirty so on a long list of issues. Even after informing the issues in the morning after returning by night 11 also the issues were unsolved and they didn't care for us with no other option at that midnight stayed there and left next morning with all frustration. Worst experience ever in an hotel stay.
