The ad in google says dine-in available but no dine-in facility to this restaurant. There is no proper service in delivering pizzas. I have placed an order today at 9 pm and received the food by 11pm. Those who are not have logged in cannot trace the placed order! This makes difficult in receiving the food. Store managers are lethargic and not concerned on the customer orders. I had a very bad experience with oven story pizzas in and around Anna Nagar-Chennai

If I could find, I would rate them zero.

Placed an cash on delivery order over a call through customer care. Thr delivery person arrives in my location and calls me. Disconnects the call in less than 2 rings. Before I could come down 3 floors and collect the food he drives away.

Worst customer service. It's better for public to ignore These of non customer friendly restaurants.

So i ordered a chicken maximus pizza , butter chicken Mac and cheese pasta and a paneer Lasagne.

So the pizza was tasty but the food wasn't even hot. The pizza was cold and soggy. The Lasagne wasn't and the pasta wasn't upto the mark. It's not worth the money we pay.

My order was also delayed . It took around 1.5 hours for the food to get delivered .

So my final verdict: I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this restaurant. It's not worth the money u spend. You'll end up being disappointed.
