Spaces is not worth the money we pay there is no response from front office. No wifi too much complicated process to enter the premises

Instead of spending money over this shared space we can sit across any CCD or Starbucks

The availability of food within the office building left much to be desired. While there might have been a few choices, the overall variety was quite limited. It would be beneficial for the management to consider expanding the range of options, especially for those with dietary restrictions or preferences. Including a diverse selection of cuisines, healthy alternatives would greatly enhance the dining experience.

Parking Situation: ⭐⭐

Parking continues to be a persistent concern at this office building. Finding a convenient parking spot is often a frustrating and time-consuming process. It would be extremely helpful if the management could address this issue by either expanding the parking facility or exploring alternative parking solutions in collaboration with nearby establishments. Having designated parking areas for visitors and employees could also alleviate some of the parking woes.
