I have been in this apartment for 3 years and had been a worst experience. The maintenance team is pathetic towards tenants. Visitors are not allowed parking inside and you should be figuring out where to park. Always have issues with electricity even after paying hefty maintenance Amount…Water provided is really of worst quality and lot of Hairfall. The swimming pool provided is most of the time not operational. Please don’t t go by any fake reviews. Overpriced flat with over attitude team.

Don't opt this apartment, Especially when you are a tenant. There is no proper water connection and Lift won't work properly. Most of the times we need to fight with maintenance team for the service. The association cares only about the owners and towers which has more tenants face issues daily.

Was great when it started, in 2023 issues with neighbouring settlement when it rains, inefficient maintenance of building and constantly changing maintnenace companies have taken a toll on the apartment complex.
. Good to rent for short duration. If you would like to purchase please take a close look at the construction as lota cracks have developed over multiple Apartments with water leak and water permeation during rain.
