Very worst behaviour in speed post booking person Today not ready to collect by booking cover,
i have to wait after my turn also, After 25 mini waiting he was not ready to collect my booking , Finally i reach to other branch for my booking to done , such use less service in Nandanam Post Office speed post section ,

The Postal Bank prefer cash transaction only.

As per the impressive citizen charter board in the post office - the maximum time.needed for any financial transaction is 15 minutes

In reality - it will take you atleast 2 visits for any transaction as server is very slow.

If u give a cheque - expect 7 days atleast.

UPI transaction and card swipe are not allowed either

The staff at the Postal Bank counter is very slow and there will always be a big queue in front of the counter

Lazy staff , close the counter sharp at 4pm doesn’t take order even if it’s 5 mins gap . Such a pathetic staff working here , no wonder tax payers money is waste on these kind of staff . Just privatise and chase out all these lazy govt staff .
