Decent place. As with most gym the trainers while helpful, they tend to be very helpful if you have a PT with them. Equipments are getting old, dirty and needs some refresh.
Great crowd and sometimes they don't run some AC and it sweats a lot
Decent place is what I can conclude.

In general cleanliness
What's so so
Equipments are old and shows age
Dumbells are old
All hydraulic equipments the cushions have worked out
Cramped locker space
Even the band's used are extremely old
Hope the management spends some money to refresh and repair the cushions and make the equipment feel like it is not filled with bacteria and germa

The gym trainers are very supportive while doing the workout. The gym is very clean and all the equipments are available. It is a very user friendly gym.
