You can get all types of soft toys and it is like a feather and you can feel it.
But now the collection has become very less in VR Mall a little disappointed.
Customer care is to be taken care of. We can understand that people come for window shopping but sales people can answer the queries especially those who are wearing red color company t shirts are very rude.
I hope so many soft toys will come soon.

The products are pretty good, the showrooms are small sized but nice and clean and well maintained BUT BEWARE OF THEIR NON EXISTENT EXCHANGE POLICIES OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!. It simply does not exist !!!!! Even exchange of same product for it's size of the product does not exist. MiniSo will not even exchange an product after sale. I bought a foot wear and it was a little bigger than me son's normal foot size. All I wanted was one size smaller but they clearly told me that we will not exchange even if it was the same product with a different size. I was left with a useless footwear which I cannot use. I left the footwear in their shop and walked out. Telling them that you can sell atleast this one single product to anyone who wants an exchange. Atleast they will be happy.

Had I bought any other company product changing or exchanging sizes of a footwear would have been a breeze . I was upset that I decided not to step into MiniSo again ever. If they don't respect customers then why should customers respect them back ?!!!?? This kind of attitude will kill their market in time. People have so many choices now so trying to be a boss to a customer will not work at all. To I would not recommend MiniSo to any of my followers. Especially in India where there are many similar shops which treat it's customers as God.
