This particular outlet is small and lacks variety however like any other minisso it has soft toys or bags or some cool Asian stuff that you want for yourself for your kids they have it

They sold a torn lunch bag which we did not notice and when we informed the same over the phone they have asked to bring it for an exchange.After inspecting the same they blamed for not noticing and said it would have happened from our hand.If the intention is not to replace it could have told upfront and could have avoided the drama.Its a waste of money and time. I have thrown the same at the store as it is useless and they can may be cheat another customer.
No wonder the ecommerce business is flourishing and you are soon going to loose the existing customer who prefer direct shopping.
Sadest part is there is no centralised customer care number or email id. Addressing the franchisee owner is of no use ...

This Miniso is the smallest store I've seen. Due to its small size, there are very few products. It would have been better if it was bigger as per the location, I hope the authorities will look into it
