I am giving this rating for the service provided by the girl. I am buying from Mc Rennet since ages and I have no complaints on the company. But I am upset with the service by a particular girl who is confused and gave me a different product and when I confront her she was arguing what she did was right. It's not about the money it is that that I had to pay for her fault. She didn't even cared to apologize shows poor customer service.
