Worst experience. Worst behaviour by the billing staff. Billed items twice and refused to accept their mistake. They made us purchase something again and ended up paying extra for that.
Same items have different price tags for the same colour and size in the same shelf.
One has 399 tag and the other one has 499 and another one had 599 tag for the same product.
The billing person tried billing it and ended up billing it twice and when asked about it they treated it as an exchange and charged us extra also for the exchange.
Worst experience. Rectify your tags and billing system.
Stop this fraudulent behaviour.

I had given 5 star rating previously, but now I had to edit it for 2 reasons
1. There was no guidance in the fitting room, any body was able to walk in when someone was already using the room.
2. Billing was then worst. They had entry to the counter on both the sides and hence people where pushing each other . They should have had entry on one side and exit on the other side. Try to rectify it. Thank you

we used to shop all leading stores in chennai but we feel the very worst experience with max fashions offers is just an eyewash, my humble request to management is if you can't offer anything please dont place ads and fool your own customers
T.nagar and vadapalani vijayamall showrooms I had this very worst experience.
we never asked for any offer but as if the brand Offers some thing that has to be in a very genuine manner but max employees instructed give coupons only and when we ask for claim they always say some reason....
showrooms collecting mobile numbers for the relationship and to know how frequent we visit and to give claims as well but max is the one and only Showroom asking for original claim coupons just to irritate thier customers

Shopping with Max since Showroom started and so far not even 1single rupee claimed as they offered, where as all other showrooms like are so genuine on what they offered

VERY WORST SHOWROOM EXPERIENCE

As if the showroom executives says that you have offer and handover some coupons please dont collect because they are not offer coupons , they are just coupons to irritate thier own customer......
