Very good organised trip in Pattaya and Bangkok by Mass Holidays , thoroughly enjoyed the trip with family. All aspects were very well planned and well organised and we did not feel like being in a foreign country. All the staff were precessional and well experienced

Mass holidays has done a fantastic job in organizing thailand tour. We were a group of 15 ,they coordinated so well that we didn't miss any of the attractions. Kids all had so much fun. Special thanks to Surya and Sunny who were available 24/7 for any of our queries and were so helpful. Even if we call late night or early morning they responded so well and fulfilled all our requirements. It was a great vacation and we had so much fun.

Very well coordinated trip that caters to exclusive groups. We were a group of 4 families with specific preferences from adventure to shipping to shows and relaxing days. Surya has been so friendly and helped prepare the itinerary to our needs with loads of suggestions and planning. His counterpart sunny in thailand took over once our tour started and he is to notch in every step of the way ensuring that vehicle comes on time and minor details like water bottles and snacks in van to accomodating changes to plan on the fly. Both of them were very calm and composed, available anytime of the day, picks up calls and helps on anything that we need. From 9yrs old to 40yrs old everyone rated this trip a 5 star at the end of the trip. Thanks to sunny and Surya for making it so memorable for us. Will definitely do it again with u folks.
