We have recently purchased a sofa (Model Maharaja). Design, Appearance and Comfort are really superb. Expecting a better wood quality for the sofa interior. I need to appreciate the delivery guy MR. Immanuel and team who delivered the sofa without any damages. Overall the product looks good elegant lets hope for the best after service.

After using it for two months now the sofa leg painting got faded and they fixed it immediately after we reported the issue done a prompt service, one Ms. Vasavi coordinated for the service and appreciating her efforts for attending to the issue and fixing it on time. overall after service is also best.

The showroom has good collection of furniture, it is a bit pricey but I guess for the quality it is reasonable.
Inside the showroom the executives are quite polite and explain you all the details of the furniture, also they suggest what may be good for your requirement.

I have reduced 2 stars for the after sales, there was 5 days delay of product delivery, that too after frequent follow ups from my side to which they kept promising delivery the day I used to call them.

Now again I have been following up for another product status and delivery, since 5 days, i am being told the update would be provided within EOD, but I have not received any update yet.

Customer relations or customer service is something that needs to be looked into at the earliest.

Bought a sesham wood queen bed and a study table 2 months back. Both were good quality. Only negative is the delivery men kept asking for more money. First wife had given 100 then asked for more, but no change at home so she had given another 200 rupees note. Request lifestyle to pay this money themselves instead of the customer.
