Shape me up for womens in chrompet. Is such a blessing place for me to bring back myself. The most happening gym which made me to eat clean and be regular to gym. The floor n workout area always will be cleaned and organised then and there. Very happiest friendly trainers. Bhuvana, Ramya and Hannah. They sooner understands your body nature and assigns workout according to our body. On spot HIIT and spot runs will be conducted which makes us to drain the calory. Any day if i skip my gym the day will no complete the trainers are really amazing. Never show faces of being tired and personal issues with the clients. Jeni being successful entrepreneur runs shape me up in a most happening way. Keep going and women's need this gym to add shine and star on ur ???? crown.
Keep motivating and bring out better versions of all beautiful womens of chrompet.

Very good ambience.....Morning trainer Bhuvana is very friendly and supportive and she is giving personal attention to each and every person.....this is Highly recommendable gym. I am very satisfied
