Nice, welcoming and friendly post office.

- The small envelope costs 5 rupees. I had sent a letter through normal post to jaipur and it cost me around 22 rupees.
- Gum is available and there is also water to dip your fingers into after using the gum.
- Two staff members are at the front desk. Friendly and helpful. The lady herself asked me if i needed help. I was surprised by this nice behaviour at a government office.
- The board outside is not there. You can identify the location by the post box placed on the outside near the road. The post office is inside a narrow lane, at the end of it.
- Four chairs are available to sit.

To reach Kotturpuram S.O post office, you can cross the board indicating post office and walk the long narrow road.

I appreciate the service from Ms. Porkodi who helped to update Aadhar for my spouse and enrollment for my kid. Adyar office told it's not possible to update with election card and need to go koyambedu head office. Just need a patience to get proper appointment and visit.
