Stayed only for about 6 hours. Despite booking in advance, I was given a twin bed room. I had travelled all night only to sleep for 5 hours on a small bed. Room was okay. Neat and clean. I am a gold member of Lemon Tree hotels, which feature buffet breakfast, which was denied. I wonder what is the use of that membership as the prices of room also are same as member or non member. Anyway, for a short stay, the hotel was fine.

I had to give 2 star rating overall, but the sambar at the breakfast was extraordinary and hence giving a 3 star. Initially, the information percolated about the wifi, whether the dinner is buffet or not is nil. I had to ask whether wifi is there or not. Then it had two options free and paid, the receptionist told everything is free but when I clicked paid, charges were applicable. My point is that the receptionist is expected to know these details. Moreover, never walk inside your room with bare foot. Though it looks clean, it is so dirty. I noticed this only I went to bed in which I have to lift my leg. Here and here hairs were there (unclean). The name of the hotel is 'keys' select, but they don't have the room number on the key. If you forget the room no, while entering for the first time, you have to come all the way to the reception to ask for it. They did not tell dinner is not buffet based. Veg Biryani was not so elite. I presumed breakfast is also not buffet based and asked for what meal do they have. They they said that it is buffet based. Breakfast was exceptionally good and I had to appreciate the sambar when compared to any other dishes. It was better than A2B. Just for Sambar, one can check-in here.

Good hotel. Excellent rooms, very clean maintenance. Very helpful staff. Cost is a bit higher
