Disappointed !!!!
Never recommend Kalyan Again,,
Being a regular customer for last 8years highly disappointed with their services. This happens last Jan 2023 we have visited Adoor - Kerala branch and purchased golds, there the service was not great and i have reviewed the same. By seeing the review Adoor branch manager has called and promised to have good service in any branches on the next visit. By trusting his words today my parents went to Chennai Usman road branch and before going I have communicated the same with Adoor branch manager then he guided to meet Mr.Moorthy who is the Usman road branch manager. But totally pathetic, they don't even offered water ( which is a regular practice in all the branches as far i know).
The sales man shows his strict sales on us and not even given 30rs (to make a round figure) discount from the gross amount. Using their gold scheme for Last 8yrs this was shocking and not acceptable at all.
ZERO customer care and satisfaction. By leaving the showroom they asked to open another scheme and we strictly denied option.
My parents left the place and went to the another jewellery brand to start new gold savings.

Never and Ever for KALYAN !!!!!

Customer service is worst to the core. They are charging a high wastage amount. Sales men are very scarstic poor customer service. The are investing highly in advertisements so all the cost on the customer heads.????. They won't give an estimate for the jewellery. I request not to go ANY BRANCH OF KALYAN Jewellery IN THE WORLD.

Pathetic service. In my recent experience, Sales will smoothen your mind to purchase a defective jewel. Bought a diamond ring on 23rd April 2023 that has only 2 thin soldering with gold. Within a week(30th April) without any physical use, those diamond broke and feel on bike ride just by bike vibration on my hand & air resistance. Searched it for 3hrs and didn't find it. And then I reached out directly to Usman road branch and met manager regarding design flaw. Instead of understanding customer he accused me of stealing the diamond infused top & raises escalation. Poor Customer service!. Poor management by Kalyan. Never going to Kalayan again.
