Service was good when we came to initially buy suppose they wanted the sales but when we said wrle will come back after 2 days to finalize the payments the service dropped suddenly. Waited over an hour was promised we can get the goldsmith to attach the Mangalsutra pendant but eventually after wasting an hour we decided to leave. Salesman doesnt even understand proper english. At least try to help customers and not make false promises just for sales. Wouldn't really recommend but at least Kalyan knew what were looking for compred to other jewellers in the area. 2 stars basically for gold quality and location. Zero stars for service.

Overall a real good customer experience at the T Nagar showroom. A great of the 1st floor decor

If you don’t have an Indian telephone number, you can’t do shopping here. Their system doesn’t accept any phone numbers other than Indian number. It is a joke. They said you can use your hotel number. The reason they want the number is, in case I bring the product back to them for any reason, they will send an OTP to verify you. Your receipt don’t have any value anymore. After spending our time in selecting our purchase, we need to walk out because we don’t have Indian phone number. The management should fix this problem. We didn’t have this problem in any other store in TNagar.
