I have been a customer at JFA for the past 15 years. I have purchased many furniture items. I am happy. All of them incorporate good design with ergonomics and craftmanship. The wood is treated well I believe. Service and sales people are helpful. The design has a kind of old school elegance with traditionality and long lasting durability. My only recommendation for them is to include a separate section for modernist approach in designs.

Good customer service, staff and trustable products. Of course we have to pay premium price, but it is worth paying extra as we have been using a track cot, sofa for more than 10 years and they don't have any issues so far.
