Good service and economical. Shop doesn't open at 7.30 am as listed. Need to edit shop open timings.

There's an unqualified staff who doesn't know to give respect to the customers. I gave a book for binding on Saturday, they committed that they'll deliver it on Monday, then on Mon evening I went and asked, they said the book was not ready yet and today on Wednesday again I went in person and asked but nobody in that shop even tried to recollect about my order and they all were just blank and specifically the lady whom I'm talking about was so rude with me and she said that I want to come and ask if the book is ready or not. So the shop will never keep up their words and they want customers to follow up just for 1 book. She started offending me in front of other customers which made me to shout like anything in front of all. The lady doesn't know to be polite with customers. Very worst ever experience I had with janaki xerox. Only the elder uncle (owner) was polite and responsibly handling me. Staffs should know atleast the basic details of all customers or try to greet them properly and answer in a polite way. Worst staff (only the lady). Others were ok.

Excellent printings,clarity and etc,quality of machines, paper's. And Price of stationery is very less price camparing to others.Excellent&Good service. Congratulations.....
