My experience at the Coimbatore store.
I am a regular customer at this place
I returned a ring purchased in the month of may 2022., The cost was 142000.k
The return value was only 95k
Cheque offered back only 85k
Which has not yet been given
Am waiting for the cheque for nearly one week
When asked for an explanation,
Was very rudely replied ,that it has to come from the Chennai store and it is taking time .

Good collection! 4stars to that. Service is also ok. Good be better. But staff should be more innovative and creative while customising. Must understand the customer need and match it. Suggest styles based on the customer. I am still to do some sets. Will be going back.

Terrible experience. This place has the worst staff I have ever seen. They were rude, arrogant and the most unpleasant people I have ever dealt with. They acted like it was a favor to talk to me. I had come in wanting to make more than one purchase but after I experienced the way they treated me I decided to make the rest of my purchases elsewhere. If they treat a paying customer like this I can't even imagine how horrible they are to people who come in to window shop.
