You will never get tatkal ticket in this counter. People/agent writing name in some random white paper which is placed near security the day before tatkal ticket opening and coming straight to the counter at 8clck and getting the tokens. Even if you reach the counter how much ever early you will get the token number any where after 15. Some one has to take action on this and should consider the people waiting in the line to get ticket instead of writing thier names and leaving. And I must appreciate the staff, he tried his level best to sort this issue and acted genuinely to resolve the issue.

Very crowded place. For booking a ticket it will lead 4 hours. Worst place. Problem is machine will not work after long queue
