India Post Perumbakkam Sub Post Office

I had visited the Perumbakkam sub post office for sending a Post. They were kind to guide me through the process and patient to answer my queries. I was given a writing pad which was very helpful as I had to write a letter to be sent with the consignment. They also facilitated with the address of a post office to which I was sending the post. There were just three chairs, but I believe more people do not crowd over at a time over there. It would be good if they expand with a bigger space.

Post office opens at 9:00 but this is closed till 9:10 when I visited.

Rude behaviour and Speed post was not accepted 3pm. Then I went to near by sithalapakkam post office and posed speed post on the same day. I am wondering why one post office accepting up to 3:30pm and another post office not accepted 3pm???
